1. Acceptable Use & Platform Rules
Pikvato provides multi-platform social publishing, MCP tools, and user-initiated Direct Message and comment automation for Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, and Bluesky. By connecting a channel, you agree not to send unsolicited (cold) messages, spam, or deceptive links, and to comply with each network's policies, including the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Standards, YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy), TikTok Developer Terms, LinkedIn Terms, and Pinterest Developer Guidelines.
2. Messaging Windows & Rate Limits
Our service strictly enforces platform messaging and publishing policies: free-form Instagram Direct Messages are sent only within 24 hours of a user's message or postback button tap, and comments receive at most one private reply within 7 days. Outbound replies are throttled per connected account (approximately 750 replies per hour on Instagram) and governed by your workspace entitlement limits.
3. Mandatory Automated Reply Disclosure
Every automated reply configured on the platform must disclose to recipients that it is an automated message.
4. Workspaces & API Keys
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace session and organization-owned API keys used for REST and MCP access. You may revoke API keys or disconnect social accounts at any time from your dashboard.
